This notice is to inform you of the 2008 rates for R&D Legal Bookkeeping, Inc. and its services. All services referenced below have a one hour minimum. All payments are Due Upon Receipt.
Bookkeeping Services:
- Basic Bookkeeping Services $35.00 per hour
- Advanced Bookkeeping Services $40.00 per hour
- Bank Reconciliation Service Only $45.00 per hour
- Trust Management and Reconciliation $50.00 per hour
- Financial Reporting $100.00 per quarter
Quickbooks Services: *
- Quickbooks Setup (1st time users) $150.00 flat rate
- Quickbooks Training $75.00 per hour
- Quickbooks Payroll Setup and Training $75.00 per hour
Other Services: *
- Conversion to Quickbooks $60.00 per hour
- Payroll Services $50.00 per month (1 to 5 employees)
- Payroll reporting $100.00 per quarter
- Business Administration/Management $250.00 per month
- Typing/Filing and Mail Services $25.00 per hour
* Quickbooks and Other Services performed are billed at $65.00 for the first hour with a one hour minimum. The rates above reflect the per hour charge after the first hour of service.
