This notice is to inform you of the 2009 rates for R&D Legal Bookkeeping, Inc. and its services.  All services referenced below have a one hour minimum.  All payments are Due Upon Receipt.

Bookkeeping Services:
Basic Bookkeeping Services	$35.00 per hour
Advanced Bookkeeping Services	$40.00 per hour
Bank Reconciliation Service Only	$45.00 per hour
Trust Management and Reconciliation	$60.00 per hour
Financial Reporting	$75.00 per quarter
Sales Tax Preparation	$75.00 quarterly
Workers Comp. Audits	$75.00 per hour
Quickbook Services
Quickbooks Setup (1st time users)	$125.00 flat rate
Quickbooks Conversion	$75.00 per hour
Quickbooks Training	$75.00 per hour
Quickbooks Payroll Setup	$75.00 per hour
Other Services
Quickbooks Payroll Services (1 to 5 emp)	$25.00 per month
Quickbooks Payroll reporting	$75.00 per quarter
Business Administration/Management	$250.00 per month
Typing/Filing Services	$25.00 per month
